What a great place to get a great workout! I consider myself a gym rat and decently fit. This has been a very humbling experience. The specific training and movements have been challenging but a good challenge in ways that I have not done before. The instructors and people that belong to the gym are very inviting and helpful. Was in the area visiting some friends and decided to do a few drop-in sessions. Coach Manny was very helpful in responding to my e-mails before I arrived. I did 3 or 4 classes in the end and could not recommend CrossFit Loveland enough. The workouts were great with lots of scaling options, all the members were so friendly and nice. All their equipment is great (took me a while to adjust to lifting in lbs rather than kg hehe!). Will definitely come back and do more sessions! Thank you CrossFit Loveland!
