HOLD POLICY

This freeze/hold of your membership is allowable once per calendar year, for up to 60 days.To be eligible for a freeze/hold of your membership, you must be current in your billing and have no active payment delinquencies. All members who wish to freeze/hold their membership must submit a Freeze/Hold Request Form no later than five business days prior to their next upcoming payment. Billing will resume upon the next scheduled payment date after your Freeze/Hold period has been satisfied. All memberships that are placed on a freeze/hold are still subject to the thirty day cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your membership you will be asked to fill out a cancellation form. Once the form is complete your cancellation date is set for 30 days after form submission. Your membership will be prorated for the following month based on the number of days left in the 30 day window.
