Since 2007, CrossFit Loveland has prided ourselves on providing elite trainers and programming that drives results for all clients no matter what their goals or their level of fitness. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning system built on constantly varied functional movements. Our toolbox contains gymnastics rings, barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, parallel bars, pull-up bars, medicine balls, rope, mats, and some odds and ends like kettlebells, a giant tire, and sandbags. Our programming is not random. Our workouts are well planned, using world class strength and conditioning methods.

It’s About Community

We view Fitness as a life long journey and we make health a part of our everyday lives. Not only do we push each other every time we train; but we are a community of friends!  Honestly, most people would not be able to complete our workouts on their own.  Accountability and support to finish the workout is what we experience.  The age range of our members is from 11-71 years old!  It does not matter what shape you are in when you start.  We take any level of athletic ability and modify your workout so that you can be successful.

First Class is always Free

At Crossfit Loveland your first training class is always free!  We do not make you pay an assessment fee to be judged by a trainers to see if you are ready to be in our gym - honestly, most people just want to come in and get started.  We allow you to do that.  We have been doing this for a LONG time and we KNOW our community.  We do not make you jump through hoops to prove that you are fit enough to begin.  We will scale your workout according to your ability.

Crossfit Loveland is for any person or athlete that wants to increase their athletic ability, conditioning and all around fitness. If you stick with us, you will play better, look better and be in the best shape of your life.

Who We Are

We offer a large fitness training facility located in Loveland, Colorado. We offer group and individual training, using the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity.

What We Do

Instead of rows of stationary bikes and weight machines, our facility is filled with pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, rowers and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is supposed to move.

All of your workouts are made up of  exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life or sport. We focus on improving functional movements that are necessary and common in your daily activities, like picking up your kids or moving that bag of mulch from your trunk to the backyard.

How We're Different

Crossfit Loveland is the oldest, longest lasting Crossfit gym in Northern Colorado.  We were training Crossfit before it was known.  We have experience and know how to train people from all walks of life.  Our trainers are constantly furthering their education and certifications.  At CrossFit Loveland, you never workout alone. Instead, you train with a small group of other athletes and one of our experienced, professional coaches who come up with a different, fun workout everyday and help customize it to suit your fitness level. 

All workouts are 60 minutes long and guaranteed to make you work hard. Our workouts are designed to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Working with a small group of athletes helps you get the personal attention that you just can't find at a large gym. We strive to create a friendly and fun atmosphere that welcomes athletes from all walks of life. Our team is there to motivate and support you as you transform yourself mentally and physically.
